YOUR OUTBOX, ON YOUR SCHEDULE
Send at the right local time.
Country calendars. Reviewed imports. A clear view of every attempt.
Administrator sign in
Use your administrator password and a code from your authenticator app. A saved recovery code can replace the authenticator code once.
Administrator setup is required. On the VPS, use the admin-create command described in AUTHENTICATION.md. There is no public registration.
Applies to calendar days, history, logs and displayed timestamps. Saved in this browser. Sending hours use recipient calendars; daily limits use the separate quota reset zone.
Account security
Sessions expire after 30 minutes without activity or 12 hours after authentication. Changing credentials requires verification within the last five minutes. Wait for a fresh authenticator code if a previous one was already used.
Change password
Recovery codes
Each code replaces one authenticator code and still requires your password. Generating new codes invalidates the old set.
Replace authenticator
The current authenticator stays valid until the new setup is confirmed. Confirmation signs out other sessions and replaces recovery codes.
Add this private setup key to a time-based authenticator account (SHA1, six digits, 30 seconds). Setup expires after five minutes.

SpaceMail connection
Verify your mailbox login and save it for both the dashboard and worker. No email is sent by this form.
Accepted email downloads
Regular emails accepted through SMTP remain stored on the server until deleted. Test emails are excluded. Each message is a TXT file inside the ZIP.

Reconcile restored emails
Check provider records for each email. Mark accepted emails as sent; reschedule only if you verified they were not sent. The queue stays paused after reconciliation.

Test SpaceMail connection
SEND ONE REAL EMAILOne immediate test, even outside working hours or while manually paused. Limits, suppression and the recovery guard still apply. No automatic retries.

Sent means SMTP acceptance. A later DSN may report delivery or failure. Submission times do not guarantee inbox arrival.

Process a bounce report
Upload an original .eml delivery report. Only reports correlated to your sent message and recipient can suppress an address.
Company & recipient calendars
Precedence: country → company → recipient → individual email. A calendar timezone overrides the email’s base timezone.
Health & alerts
External alerts need a webhook and the maintenance timer. Monitoring the VPS itself needs the separate watchdog host described in the setup guide.
Daily submission history
Attempts for the selected day in the display time zone, including connection tests. Daily and rolling-hour counters are independent of this view. Review uncertain submissions against provider records before resolving them.
